By accessing toolkithemlockway.click or engaging Toolkithemlockway Mining Review Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”) for review services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services Description

We provide independent field reviews, hashrate verification, and facility audits for SHA-256 mining hardware rated at 0.05 PH/s and above. Service scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual quotes accepted by the client.

3. Website Use

You may browse this website for informational purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our review reports without written permission. You may not use automated tools to extract content at a rate that impairs site performance.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and report templates — is owned by Toolkithemlockway Mining Review Co., Ltd. or used under licence. Client-specific review reports are licensed to the commissioning client for internal procurement use. Reports may not be resold or published publicly without our written consent.

5. Review Reports Disclaimer

Our reports reflect observed conditions during the review period. They are professional opinions based on field testing, not guarantees of future performance. Mining hardware behaviour can change due to firmware updates, environmental conditions, and wear. We are not liable for purchasing decisions made on the basis of our reports.

6. Quotes and Payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit is required to reserve bench time. Full payment is due before report delivery. Prices on this website are informational starting points; binding fees appear on your signed quote.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate hardware specifications, safe access to facilities, and timely shipment of review units. Clients are responsible for import duties, insurance, and shipping costs for hardware sent to our Jeju facility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of our reports, your violation of these terms, or your provision of inaccurate information in a review brief.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeju, South Korea.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
